I hv bought this connection in Dec15 and from start of the day was facing frequent non connectivity due drop in speed to 0.
There are internal conflicts bet there marketing n service teams which in turn resulting customer’s frustration. I am not kidding, recently their receiver got stolen from my area and I am not able to connect from last 6 days.I hv reg my complaint twice, still no engineer visit n nobody is telling me what to do! Total dissatisfaction for me.
