From last 10-12 days my Internet is not working. I have raised complaint so many times also spoke to your technical engineer. Every time I have only heard is that we are looking into the issue and it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
Neither the issue has been resolved nor I have received any updates from your end.
Every time I am only chasing ur team asking for the resolution.
Same thing happened with me 2 months back when in had taken the connection.
Kindly resolve the problem asap. If not resolved I would like to cancel my connection with Tikona. As my work is getting hampered due to non availability of Internet and I cant take this any more.
So its a humble request. Either provide permanent solution to this problem else discontinue my connection.
