I am extremely disappointed with Tikona after having heard quite a few positive words from newspaper reports, and the kind of funding they received from VCs and Investors.I signed up for the 1 Mbps Unlimited Broadband plan and paid the 500/- deposit for installation. However, engineers that visited for installation told me it was not feasible to have the connection in our area - I was told I would get back the refund for 500/- within a couple of weeks.
5 weeks later, after several emails (that never get answered) and phone calls to Customer Service that are handled with blatantly lying agents, I have come to the conclusion that I probably will never get my refund.So be it - this review and many other opportunities will not be left to wean potential customers away from this cheap company. That will be my sweet revenge. It is a very bad deal you you get when you take customers for granted.
