They are big fraud, while giving new connection they ll call you and visit you every now and then but after installation they just vanish, wont pickup calls , make-up up silly excuses and wont even talk properly as if they are working for free.
They sell unlimited plans by defrauding people, its not actually unlimited, they say they don’t have any gb restriction and no any kind of speed downgrade on their unlimited plans but there is always some or the other catch in it, they always ll have some policies up their sleeves which ll make sure that you don’t get speed and service beyond certain usage, then why are they selling the plans in the name of unlimited ones, even if they are selling then why don’t they mention their policies in it which clearly states the usage.
Even after closing then connection they harass people for paying the bills for long time, its the worst isp ever, beware don/t go for it and waste your money on it instead go for reliable ones like tata, sify etc
