Very BAD Customer Support

I am using this Tikona from last 5-6 months. Speed is OK in day times but in the night times between 5-10PM. its very Pathetic. Mostly I use internet only in this time. Some time I do attend support calls for my employer. After using it for 3 months I understood it will not suite for my requirement and I decided to disconnect the service. I requested the customer care people for disconnection on Sep 3rd 2012 and asked them to adjust the outstanding in my deposit.

Till now they have not disconnect the service and keep on calling me for bill payment. I wrote several mails to customer care but not received any proper answer from them.The latest on this matter is they sent me one more bill yesterday for last month+previosdue+penalty .But I requested them for the disconnection on Sep 3rd 2012.

Yesterday I wrote one more mail to them regarding this and got a very surprising answer.

*Dear  Mr. Koripella,

With reference to your email, disconnection request which was given on **3/9/2012** is in progress.

We will call and update you on the status of your account.Please be informed that the disconnection of the account will be processed with-in **5 days**.Post which you will receive a call from our Service executive to collect the CPE.

In case if the CPE is faulty/damaged/not returned, an amount of Rs. 1500 would be charged in your Final settlement invoice against CPE charges.

Please note your reference is 1-2469208181. Kindly retain this for future reference purposes.

We would still request you to rethink and give us an opportunity to serve you better.

Please feel free to contact us on 1-800 209 4276 to provide us any feedback regarding our service. Our Customer Care associate will be glad to assist you.

We appreciate your patience and kind support.

See the date I requested and the number of days to process the request (5) in the mail.

According to them it should have disconnected by 8/9/2012, but not happened.

You can think about the commonsense and seriousness of the Tikona customer care people.

If they verified the mail before replying then can easily identify the mistake.

How foolish is this ANSWER.

I strongly believe they are doing all this very intentionally to harass me.

I will never forget this experience with Tikona and I will never recommend this to any one.
