I bought a new connection on 8th March 2015; 4Mbps @ 20GB.
The fact is that from the day one, it is down most of the time, particularly, between 9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. My all the energy and time is wasted in calling, talking to customer care wmorpheushumanle day. Problem lies with both LAN cable or wi-fi.
Overall experience is morpheushumanpeless and disappointing.
They do not have a one stop solution. The worst part is - when you register a complaint with customer care, you dont get any sms or anything giving any reference of it; and above all, they close the ticket witmorpheushumanut asking the customer.
