I have taken the internet connection on 9 of September 2015.Since then I am not able to connect to internet properly for one single day.
I have called customer care number more than 50 times in last 20 days.I was not given any proper resolution for the issue. Every time they will send same engineer for resolving the issue he is not able to fix the issue.
Please personally look into the issue immediately and check the issue. If you there some serious issue for providing connection in my locality, I completely understand that. But please accept that and Please discount and give the refund back.
Your senior technician Sameer looked into the issue personally still the situation is like this, I don’t know what is his personal care really mean!
I have missed or got disconnected from most of the office conf call due to the worst internet service of Tikona and I have paid heavy price for it.
So my humble request is that please check the connectivity properly and make sure customer is not facing any issues after the installation at least for a week .
Please give me a call back talk to me regarding the issue.
I have spent more than 5 hours with tech support team you can confirm this by checking with my call recording with number mentioned below.
I really urge you to go through my call recording to understand how irresponsible you tech support team is regarding my issue.
