I was the user of the tikona broadband service for few months ( around 4 months) and the money which I spent on there plan is totally wasted. The internet speed is the worst thing which I figured out and along with it if you will contact there customer support team they are just totally unaware of providing the needful help as they even dont know that what is the exact issues coming.
I used the worst internet service for 3 months and finally I was fed up with the internet speed and the service even get stopped in the rainy days. Finally I thought to switch my service provider and asked the company to deactivate my connection as I am not interested any more to use the internet from you, so they agreed and stopped the service.
Finally I switched my network with hathway and after around 1 and a half months after the disconnection I received the message to pay the bill of 1 month and I have paid my all the remaining dues at the time of disconnecting my service and even the modem was also taken back from there team.
As usual I have ignored that message and suddenly one day I got a fake call stating that you had done delay in paying bill so along with the remaining dues I have to pay palanty amount otherwise they will go for the legal action against me. Many times they contacted me and asked for paying the bill unnecessarily. Thank god I was having the hardcopy of my disconnection details along with the date in which the modem was taken back from me and I showed that all to there representative and get out of this huge mess.
PERSONAL SUGGESTION- Please dont treat your customers in such a bad manner as they will not going to trust you any more even if your service is going good in the future.
Completely disappointed.
