Worst ISP and money looters

Never plan for Tikona connection.

  1. even if you are forced for this dont pay any amount in cash.

They would say cheque encashment will take some days but trust me depositing cash to the company account by their representative take 10 days even after you visit their office.

  1. Every month the service will be down for at least 5 days and which will be resolved only after their someone come  & check it.

  2. Their tech guy who visit for fault says that they are not employee of Tikona and dont own any responsibility for the issue faced.

  3. No deduction of  bill amount for the days service interrupted.

  4. On discontinuation of connection they dont even pay back the deposit amount.

  5. They say their billing is post-paid but if you see check the bill its actually a pre-paid plan.

  6. No connection between 2 PM to 11 PM and only excuse load is high.

Please see if you still want to opt for it.
