The worst ISP in the World, ever!

I got my Tikona connection on my neighbour’s recommendation in late June 2015, I later on realized that that moron rarely uses his service and hence never faced any issues.


Anyways, 3 months after realizing about their pathetic service, idiotic customer support, after spending countless hours on their hotline and even coordinating between their online support & invisible field engineers for a home viist, I filled for disconnection in Sep 2015.


They tried to retain me but I was fed up, then they told me wait 15 days, after daily follow ups, I was told its 15 "working days" and not 15 days, which comes to 21 days including the weekends. ok, I waited.


Today I received a shocker! When I asked the customer rep. that why my connection hasn’t been disconnected and monthly bills are being generated even though I don’t owe the company anything, she tells me that the process goes on for 45 days!


"Sir, you cannot do anything, I cannot do anything, so you have to wait and stop calling us otherwise we will ban you" and I was like, WTH?


Believe me, I have left no stone unturned, emailed the customer support, emailed the appellate authority, called the customer support hundreds of times, even posted on their company forum, but the customer service is absolutely ZERO! I feel like I am being cheated!


I am pretty sure I will end up getting a call from their fake lawyer from the Hon. Delhi High Court to pay for the bills they generated while I didn’t use their service. But luckily I have all the calls recorded, I have all the ticket numbers, I have saved all e-mail communications so I am ready for a legal battle.


I am in the process of an online bad review Marathon for Tikona and am getting fliers printed to make my locality aware about Tikona’s fraud business practices!


Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic Company!
