Dead network for nearly a month

For a month of 31 days, my Tikona broadband or worked only for 2 or 3 days and that too in installment, 1 or 2 hrs per day. I can consume only 3 gb toiled to use that data of my 30 gb. I got waiver of one hundred rupees(great thing! Salute to Tikona).

Even to view my Tikona bill, I need my mobile internet. U may think then what the hell I need a broadband. Still, my technical specialist at Tikona says, that day you had different problem and today its altogether a different issue. Am I supposed to learn all your issue and its resolution and you are thinking me a mad to pay for all these? Fed up guys. What I heard from service personnel is that the tower that Tikona is using is erected on a building and that contract has ended and not renewed.

Am just hearing all these stories everyday, funny! To post this complaint also, no network from Tikona, am using my mobile network data! Worst service yaar!
