HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE & AND GET CHEATED FOR SURE

Fake promises, false user data, Poor services, lowest internet speed.


in short they will show us HELL.


You have to pay in advance and your payment will never be refunded. They show us false usage all short of excuseses. Please never ever pay in advance to any service provider.


Tikona offers good internet plans. I along with my friends in Chennai have chosen this service in july 2015. We had to pay 2700/-  in advance to get the services. we got the least possible internet speed. their customer care executives assured to short out their server problem within 24hrs everyday for 2 weeks. We called for help everyday, mailed them many times and found our self  hopeless. They ahev given us fake assurance that the money we paid will be refunded due to problem we were facing. Disconnecting their services takes 15 days min. and they claim using their data even after disconnecting all their cables. we raised Many complaints and they were closed by them self giving us fake excuses.


Since July 15th we are requesting them for disconnection and today Sept 18th. still its in process. dragged for 2.5 months and dill is generated fo
