Worst service I've ever seen &refusal 2 disconnect

I’ve never written review anywhere in my life but the worst service of tikona broadband forced me to write this review to save other users falling into trap of Tikona service. My tikona customer id is 1114132607


-> At the time of new connection request, within 2 hours they install internet but when you ask for disconnection, nobody will listen to you. It may take 1 month, few months or 1 year also to get rid of Tikona and they keep on generating bills


-> Connectivity wise very bad. always used to get 1/10 of the actual plan speed. To be honest 2G internet works faster than Tikona one. I’ve been using 2G net in Laptop by creating hotspot through my iphone and I am much more satisfied with this 2G over Tikona.


-> Connection reliability: As said earlier. not reliable connectivity at all. Continuous fluctuations in speed between lowest to half speed of your plan. for example, if you have 2MBPS plan, speed reliability is between 0.1MBPS to 1MBPS.


-> Customer support: Calling customer care continuously but no satisfactory response. very bad customer support. Customer care executives cut the call in between without any reason. if you call again, it will be connected to another executive and you will have to repeat your story to him/her. But only stories. no resolution.


Guys, I would strongly recommend that don’t go for Tikona at all. even not for the experiment.
