Tikona is not at all serious about their complaints. Now I feel they are intentionally not providing speed / connectivity to save data.I have launched a complaint few days back.
But no one is looking into this. After 2 days again I launched the complaint which is also not looked after.I have taken 4 mbps plan and I am not even able to surf internet. They are providing speed of hardly 0.4mbps. You can imagine how they are cheating their customers.
The reason is they are giving this connection from a transmitter which is fitted in near by society named ambanagri society dhanori. This has got limited bandwidth. Hence only 6 to 7 conection can me taken from there. But greedy tikona has increased the customer base without increasing the bandwidth. This is the main reason for fluctuation.
I have launched lot of complaints with respect to this speed fluctuations. They do someting for 2 days to increase the speed and after that again the issue remains same. It is very clear they are doing it intentionally.
Hope posting this complaint in this site will help me with a permanent solution to this. I am fed up of tikona customer care. They are hopeless.
