I installed a Tikona connections after much persuasion by the sales executive, the user ID is 1107440747 and here I am, in less than a week of installation, I feel we have been conned by this sales executive, called Srikant, who visited our home, painted a rosy picture of the internet services and fleeced Rs. 1900 for installation and promised 1Mbps speed with UNLIMITED downloads.
The speed has now turned 512, Why? because the Tikona man failed to mention a limit to downloads in this ’Unlimited download’ package. I have it on records where he admits that he forgot to mention that to me or my family while collecting the payment. Today despite repeated complaints, No help is on the way, all I hear is sniggers and taunting advice from the customer care executives of Tikona. yes, someone came home to check teh connection and he too went away mocking me for being right.
Now I am being asked to pay more money if I need that same internet speed. I hopelessly wish someone would help me get a refund or get me the service that was promised to me in teh first place!!
