I was using Tikona connection in Bangalore. Customer service is very bad and not responsive. We need follow them multiple times for a single issue. I have used for 10-12 months, then I asked for transfer to new flat. They didn’t responded well. But they send the bill for the period which I was not using in my new house. I was trying to correct the bill, but they didn’t correct.
The last and worst thing from them is, one guy called Devraj(The mother fucker) called me and black mailed me, that I need to go Delhi court or I need to pay the last bill with fine(2000 Rs) which is refundable to me later. I don’t wanted to take the risk and paid the amount, after payment his phone number is not working.
So I don’t recommend to take / use this Tikona connection.
