Poor connection. customer service is devastating. Disconnected a year back and I am being threatened with legal notices.
Had requested many srs to collect their device but they never come to collect.
If you don’t respond to them then their legal department will threaten you.
Never Never go for Tikona broadband service. It’s one way trap.
Worst service. You can never disconnect.
