This is my very bad experience about Tikona Service Providers.
I have seen an poster about Tikona web near my House.
One of my friend told me that there is a hub backside of my house. So I am interested and taken the Internet Service.
I paid 500 for installation. They given connection with wireless. From that day my pain started in using Tikona service. It was my difficult time using Tikona.
I called to Customer care.. U need to wait minimum 40 min to connect to Customer care.
They will take complaint with very bad trouble shoot.
after some days Complaint will be closed. Because they are intelligent people in closing the issues, .
It happens many times. Finally I got time to disconnect this Tikona Service.
Finally I told that I am leaving my city when disconnecting the service.
I sincerely requesting others don’t try this service even for free also.
