This is my personal review regarding Tikona services. My neighbour recommended me to buy the internet provided by this service provided and plus I heard that the internet is also very good. But not everything you hear is right.
Around A month ago I contacted Tikona care for A new internet connection. They asked for my details like address , contact number , email ID etc. They told me that their engineer will contact me shortly for demo and installation. But the engineer never contracted me.
After a week I again contacted tikona Care and told the operator about the problem. The operator didn’t even apologised for the inconvenience. The operator simply said that the servers were down. I again requested for installation and he said that the engineer will contact me shortly the operator was not ever polite . But again this time engineer never contacted. This is the worst experience I have ever got from a service provided. I would have rated a negative star if it was there. I would never recommend anyone buying internet service from this provider. Thank you.
