Tikona provides attractive plans in Delhi to attract customers and promises good speeds that is why I opted for the service. But in reality, their service is very poor.
Internet speeds are slower than what is promised. The 4mbps plan hardly feels like the promised speed. Also the internet is disconnected for long periods.
The customer care support is very poor. They take hours or in some cases, days to resolve even some of the basic problems.
Overall , I did not have a good experience with Tikona
