I was using Tikona since a year and I they gave so pathetic service . The demo looks pleasing but actual speed sucks, keeps fluctuating every 1 hour and never consistent. Down at night mostly specially on sat and sun when it is required most.
When called customer support, the response time is after 13-15 minutes and on logging complaint they have only one response your network is facing some problems now will be resolved in and hour or else they will say we are trying to resolved it will get fixed by tomorrow morning.
If there is any modem problem they will come with some old modem and will replace it which eventually gets down again in next few days.on logging complaint more than a month is gone till then you are charged with the plan cost when in actual you are not consuming it.
On disconnection request they ask you to reply to their customer email for disconnection, but after mailing them there is no reply from them apart from some stupid auto reply saying we have received your request.
It has been 3-4 times I have mailed them to disconnect my service with 100-200 calls saying disconnect my connection, still they keep saying its in progress and you will keep receiving calls from customer support or technical team saying is your issue resolved or not.
If you havent paid the amount since you have not received the service they will keep calling you for money till you bang your phone. Its like a mental torture .
Eventually they will send you emails asking you to pay or else they will log case in court.Finally still if you dont pay they will ask some stupid guys termed as legal person for tikona and ask you to pay money
Also they will tell they have logged the case on you and have to pay the amount or else you have to go and answer in the court.
I would suggest never go for this tikona, They really provide pathetic service.
