Service - They don’t know what is it.! they don’t care for you. each time you call them . they will ask you what happen every time.! they have got no solution for it.! they will never stand to their word.!Connection- most ridiculous.! they say it is secure with login page then id n password.! any aira gaira can use your so called secure network. I am victim.! they can not do anything about i.! Once you are on stop rentals - they will not mail or call you for bills. once you decide to terminate the connection they will give you fulsome bill. then they will forward you threatening emails for legal case and all.! No word to describe their attitude.! friendly request stay away from them.!
This is the worst connection. Speed and connectivity are terrible. Customer care is pathetic. Once you get the connection you can’t get it off as they will charge you for lifetime. No one listens on disconnecting the connection. Worst of all be ready for extortion calls from the company and get ready to be threatened. Just for the info customer are and all the service staff seems so polite and courteous in the starting that you are bound to think that you’ll be having an awesome service.
Thankfully, i’ve terminated my Tikona connection.
