Worst

I used tikona for around six months.


Between this I had a worst experience for this.


For the first month of installation, the internet worked fine. There were not many signal distortions and speed slow downs( as it is a wireless service) .


I have got the 2mbps fup plan. But the problems started facing the next month onwards. At the nighttime, the met used to automatically switch off. I used to call the customer service each day. They would even not respong satisfactorily and even ended calls many times which made me frusturate. Most of the morning the internet used to work fine. But during afternoon and evening the connection lost its speed. The customer care daily gave me a complaint number and assured that this problem would not occur again. But the next day came the same case. Many times engineer came to check and troubleshoot the problem. But nothing became better. I thought to leave the connection but as I was in a situation where I could get my precious money back. Atlast I continued for 6 months and gave up the connection. But the officials did not even gave me back the installation charges which I was promised to be given at the time of removal of service.


This was really a pathetic experience and I would not suggest anyone to take service from them. It is not worth your money and is a headache to use. Moreover the customer service is nonsense.
