Horrible service, Best to stay away from Tikona

Every now and then you register a complaint big talks but no work. very pathetic service. most of the time service is unavailable.

Some times the fix may take more than a month. because of this I asked for disconnection which as per ther policy should happen in 15 days but took more than three months that too after contineously calling and mailing them.
