THe most nalla Internet service provider and worst

Dear whom so ever it may concern.(though there is no one in this organisation seems concerned about customer problems)


I am Abhishek Ghatode, user Id: 1112004388. Complain id: 1-3751000076 I have been facing issue with my internet connection from last 1 months in THANE and calling customer care almost daily.


But it seems every one in this organisation is dead and sooooo cold blooded that it gets warm up only after I stopped paying my bills. these guys started calling me to pay my bill. But when I asked them that why was my technical issue is not resolved? Guess what an answer I got that "Sir it is not our department and so as thats not our problem". so you tikona will ask for money irrespective or whether we got proper service or not!


this is ridiculous.


After so many efforts I finally got an so called technician assigned. I havnt received his number or call. when today morning I called their customer care again, I got to know that I have to note down his number and call that VIP to come and fix my issue, they dont even have the courtesy to call and check whether I will be home at that time or not.


All of them are so concerned about payment but no one is bothered to pay attention to their customer complaints. I am ready to pay for the service I am using but only when I get the full service and I will not pay late charges as well. As they are the one who are not resolving the issue.


I am promised that a technician will come and resolve the problem but its been 15 days not a single person is showed up. Is this your best, professional and prompt service? that I was promised about.


when ever I demanded to talk to senior person at call center, they never seems at there place. what the hell is going on?


get some efficient staff who can resolve the problem and save the remaining bachi kuchi so called reputation(if any). Sab ke sab nalle hai yaha
