I used tikona almost for two years but I have to say the speed is very good with very less drops in speed, but in rainy season if u have heavy rainfall then be ready for the troubles.
Yes now the most important things service provided by tikona is damn bad.They dont pick up the call nor they properly talk to you.It takes around 30 mins on call to solve a problem.they even dont disconnect at once if u want to quit tikona, overall bad service means a bad product I wont recommend it to anyone until they improve their internet service,
