EARLIER IT WAS GOOD. Speed was also good. BUT NOW THE LOW-LEVEL PEOPLE ARE taken as vendors from outside and they are very very cheating people.
They put sub-standard device. The device - if you are in the apartment - will be shared by your neighbors without anyone’s knowledge. The speed will drop because of it.
Customer service is the worst. They will never send a service man to your door. They will keep telling you to troubleshoot on your own, again and again. They will never reply to your e-mails!
Please do not even fall into their trap. They will show all the plans in the paper and it will look juicy. Trust me, you will never get the speed, nor any service.
