I got the connection within one day here in Pune. I searched for the Tikona broadband number on google and called the person. He asked me to send the address detail and they will first give me the free demo and once payment is done, connection will start. The Tikona person came to my house, he checked the connectivity at home, luckily their main tower was very near from my Home, so I saw in demo, that the speed was 4mbps. So from there only I made the online payment. it is almost 1 week now. there is no single issue with connection. Also the speed is constant. Sometimes I do office work from home, and need to connect to office machine through the remote, so it need constant connectivity and good speed. One of friend is using the same connection since last year, and he is also not having any issues.
I recommend this connection to everyone, but before getting connection please get the demo first and check if the speed test showing the good speed and then only go for the this broadband. One thing that their antenna should be fit the terrace with no disturbance, like we have dish tv.
Earlier I had used Reliance/BSNL/TATA/Hathway, But out of this only TATA was the best isp. They discontinued their Prepaid plan and their postpaid plan were costly, due to which I had to switch to another ISP. I also tried the Local Cable Broadband, which is good for Youtube but for other sites the speed was very slow.
Right Now 5 Stars from Me to Tikona.
