Tikona presenting hell world

Somehow I got an impression that Tikona can be a substitute of Airtel broadband but truth comes out and I decided to write this review. One month ago I purchased a connection and I was impressed with the speedy process of installation and activation of service. I was feeling like the happiest internet user on earth. Suddenly, after 15 days of installation some speed issues started coming and I called customer care. Customer care executive told that issue will be resolved within 24 hours.


Now, sequence of surprises begin here. For last 15 days, a new task has been added in my to do list i.e. "Call Tikona Customer care and ask why my internet has stopped working all of sudden". Each time I call them, they come up with some new issue description and assure me that issue will be resolved within 24 hours. At the same time speed was degrading continuously . For last 10 days my internet is not working and  they are saying that Engineer has been assigned to resolve the issue but I could not see that engineer till now. Probably they have assigned some invisible engineer.


To make the things worse, I got a call from tikona that I have to pay bills and I was speechless.


Finally, I called their customer care today and asked them to close my account. CCE told, "Sir, dont be impatient, your complaint has been registered and engineer has been assigned". I could not say anything except that go and get your A F. CCE told that OK sir, you will get a call in two hours regarding the disconnection and I said thanks.


That’s the one month journey in hell world of Tikona.
