False Resolution by tikona

I am writing with reference to my my Tikona User ID 1110876484 which is on the name of  PRITI KUMARI.


I am very much fed up with the service offered by tikona. I am writing a few concerns which must be noticed by senior mAnasultangement. Its been 10 years for me I have been seeing service industry but haven’t seen this type of pathetic service before


1)Worst Customer Care:


a) This has been around one year with tikona and there has been a lot of times I spent hours on phone with customer care, but never ever I got a proper response or resolution .


b) When It comes to aishwaryasingh23ment I use get multiple reminders but when it comes to my request it uses to be closed .


c) There was an outage from 10th August onward when I called on 11th Morning, Tikona folks gave me a misleading information that “there is an outage problem from tower and it will be resolved in 8 hours. So if there is an outage from Tikona why will a customer suffer? Due to this commitment I was assured that I will be having internet I scheduled official meeting, I had to present a presentation to the client but due to internet was not coming I was unable to show the presentation through VPN, leads to a revenue loss of 1.8 Lakhs for my company and 45 thousand for me.


d) I was helpless and got embarrassed in front of my clients .My question to tikona is “ If they would have the same intention they could have told truth, Atleast I would have arranged some back up .


e) My requests never use to get entertained whenever I use to call tikona.


f) The most important I have never seen any service industry, executives hanging up phone in between conversation and getting rude.


g) Even though I am facing these issues, in spite of that I paid Rs 800 and upgraded my plan but still the issue not got resolved. I am having 4MBBS of plan but never got more than 1.2 MBPS.


h) Executives never new follow the SLA and always provides a wrong TAT. They always tell me that “there is an issue with my main tower “ from last one month.


i) I requested from waiver multiple times, but never got entertained.


j) My complains always gets resolved as “I was not reachable “ .but I can clearly remember that whenever I get calls from tikona always I use to complain same thing to tikona…so I can’t understand how they mark it as resolved.


k) Always I have to sign in to tikona login page . It use to get disconnect frequently . So you may understand how would I be able to watch a youtube video properly.


2) Speed Issue:


a) Its been around 1 year with tikona but I have hardly got the bandwidth/speed for which I am eligible.


Recently I have shifted to a new address but from the date I have been shifted here I am facing technical issues. I have raised this many times and also asked for the waiver but my my complains are always getting closed without my confirmation.


b) There is always fluctuation in internet .It uses to disconnect  very often .


c) No one entertains or never ever the issue got fixed .


3) Executives never transfer the calls to seniors.


When we ask executives to transfer the call to second level, they never do that.


Conclusion:


May I know the reason who is going to take the accountability for my revenue loss. I am very much mentally harassed because it’s a kick on my stomach . Thanks for harassing your valuable customers.!
