Pathetic customer service from Tikona

I had been using the Tikona connection for 2 years using LAN connection.I wanted to setup wifi connection of Tikona with my laptop. Inspite of several calls, they never bothered to understand my issue. Frustrated with lack of customer service, I opted for disconnection of the service.


For period of 2 months, the call center person wasn’t interested in understanding my issue - they were just blabbering the scripted text. I explained my entire issue but the company was not willing to send the service engineer for connection.Finally, I asked for disconnection in month of May. Inspite of several emails, Tikona took its sweet time to process the disconnection. I had to keep on telling customer care to disconnect.


For collection of modem, the service engineer finally calls and tells that he is coming to home to pick the modem. They never came to service my connection but are coming to collect the modem, huh? But the person never turned up - he has called 3 times saying that he will come today - but still waiting .


But what finally did come was the legal notice from the company. Not to mention that the call center literally harasses you by calling every hour - and never actually solves your issue.


After going through pathetic customer service of Tikona, I have decided never to use their services again.
