I have used the Tikona Internet connection for more than a year 2 times but when you want to close the connection you have to pay at least 1 extra month bill. First I have taken the connection in Mysore but when I closed the connection for that I have called and sent the email for connection but there was no reply and no call and I was keep on following but no every time they were telling I will send somebody but it never happened and after 3-4 months somebody called and telling I am calling from Delhi court and you have to pay 861 rs that was the bill more that 1 month so I paid .
And I have done same mistake again when came to Bangalore, I have used it around 2 years and when I called and sent email for disconnection just before completing the my bill paid month but there was no reply then I was keep on following then there was some call asking why you want to close the connection(this is my personnel things) but again they were not closing the connection and if I again call 2-3 times to close the connection again same type of call and asking same question but not closing the connection but were keep generating the bill, at last after 2.5-3 months somebody called and came to collect the device and close the connection.
If I ask for bill amount they were telling there is no due amount, then I got on email for final settlement of Rs.1422.48 this is 200+ extra of my monthly bill and at last today someone called and telling me I am calling from Delhi court and you have to pay Rs.1422.48. so be very careful while taking the connection of tikona.
