Absolutely Bad Service

Whoever is opting for this service please think twice as their service is absolutely and totally pathetic.


Their front end and backend teams have no coordination with each other, I called them on 13th june for a change of regd number . requested them to change the number so that I can change the password. I was asked to wait 24 hrs by some agent Karan singh whose manager was Prakash sahoo. I called around 8 times to understand the progress after 24 hrs.


No calls from their side. After following up around 4 times I get to know Ihave to wait 72 hrs. During which I call again to know if there has been any progess. After my unlimited calls I get a call from the front end giving me a demo id and pw to login. Logged in and then he asks me to wait for a call from the backend team in an hour. Still wait. No call for the next 12 hrs.


I call up and ask whats the progree they say wait for an hr after the aforesaid 72 hrs elapsed. After my asking again they now say verification failed whn I had not answered any verification call. I spoke to a senior, he says again I should wait for another day as there is some technical issues.Still waiting for that elusive call as we speak. I lost around 3 days of productive days in my establishment due to their inability to service my request.Go for a better service provider. Its much more peaceful and stressless I advice .
