Horrendous experience as of now

I took this new connection in 3 months package in 3 days ago and It just worked for 2 hours AND customer DON’T care our issues!


Tikona has a worst Internet service. Earlier it was working for couple of hours in a day, and when I call to customer support regarding internet issues, they tell me that there is some issue in access tower and they will resolve that in couple of hours but this is the same statement they make every day, and this problem never resolves, Now the things got worse as since last 1 month my internet is not working at all.


Feedback on service delivery:-




  1. Poor customer service




  2. Customer care being transferred over and over from person to person and having to repeat the issue each time AND never tell the exact problem.




  3. So many Internet Connection Problems




  4. The net is always down and the customer service representatives put you on hold forever and even if they pick up they only say that the problem will be solved in 24 hours.




  5. Customer DON’T care




  6. The customer care is not responsive. They just record and play same answer, will try to resolve in 24 hrs(OR) we have registered a request add look into it.




  7. Customer don’t care about our complaints, they only care for their internet plan renewal date.




  8. Customer Care person never solves our complaint for permanent. Same problems come after two days and they commit for visit of engineer at your place will be confirm, but never sends engineer for solve the problems.




  9. Customer Care stopped responding to my calls properly.




  10. ?Despite promising no executive has visited my home and there has been no solution.




  11. The entire amount has been taken by them in advance and there is no post paid mechanism even with the internet issues.?






?12. Customer Care Service: Very pathetic situation when they are telling maxing 24 hours to solve and even completing 48 hours also no use. Without solving the issues directly closing the internet connection. For getting a customer-care executive we need to wait for a long time and nearly 300 rupees I spend within last 3 days for calling Tikona customer care.?


?13. Technical Assistance poor: Technical Engineers who ever coming to homes also don’t know what to do and how to resolve. They are only checking how many lights are blinking.
