I have taken TIKONA service in month of September, everything was fine till February, after February getting less speed after some time internet was not working. I have called Technical service center 52 time in continue 3 days, first day recorded voice "some service problem in your area it will resolve till 1 oc clock", I was continue trying till night only time was extended, second day, I am saying I have speed issue service guys telling ur internet net was working fine all of the person same answer they are well trained to tell lie third days also going with struggle, automatic problem resolved. but no engineer visit after 4 days I received call local engineer sir you have complaint about speed problem can I come and resolve your problem. its SHOCKING joke for me. again I am facing problem I have discontinue connection and write a mail to appleate authority. and taken new connection from ACT.
