I was using Tikona since 6 months. When I changed my home and asked to cut the connection they agreed to cut but I’m recieving the bill now also.
I tried contacting the officials but they don’t even want to listen me.
Its been 3 months and still I am recieving the calls.
Please don’t use Tikona. It is worst service provider in the country
