Three years back I heard about tikona by my friend using it.
listning his internet speed I got interested in using this ips via WIFI
at that time I was new to all this.and didnt’ knew that we need a pc to enable connection.i contacted tikona and and requested for connection with WIFI.THE REAL STORY STARTS FROM HERE.!
there representative came and and connected there box on my roof and asked where my pc is.i told him that I dont’ have one for which he replied to " arrange a laptop and call me when arranged "
the very next day I called him and he didn’t came.this continued for 5 days
one the 6th day when he come I have returned that laptop.again that arrange a pc.after sometime when my connection was established the turn was of WIFI.as they said that they will provide WIFI router for some extra charge.i gave that money he asked for WIFI router.
then there was no response for 1.5 month.and as soon as 1 month completed tikona representative came to collect there ips fees.after discussing the WIFI matter I handed over the one month fees FOR NOT USING EVEN A SINGLE MB OF INTERNET
guess what.NO RESPONSE.for that I visited tikona office for 3 times.at last I requested the network cutoff.
funny thing.AFTER THE CUTOFF OF MY CONNECTION.ON THE THIRD MONTH TIKONA REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR INTERNET USAGE.(SUCH A POOR SERVICE)
strongly not recommended.
