Tikona is the WORST Internet Service Provider in India.
I availed Tikona Broadband from Sept 2015, and am completely disappointed with their Service.
The promised speed was 4 MBPS and during peek hours, esp evening hours and on weekends I get a speed as low as 0.2-0.4 MBPS! Everytime I called the Customer care they told me they’d remotely fix the the issue. It went on for a couple of weeks. Then they said, there was an issue with my roof-top receiver and would send a field engineer.
But there is absolutely no coordination between their teams. I received an SMS with the field engineer’s name and number. When I called him, he was like he had no idea about such a service request and he wouldn’t work on it as he didn’t have a work order.
I had to place several calls to the customer care, and they would tell me, the person has his work order and should visit soon! This went on for several days. I still face horrible speed issues at night.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET A TIKONA CONNECTION EVER IN YOUR LIFE!The company has the most pathetic service ever, and their Customer care team behaves like a bunch of morons. A very irresponsible company and high time they SHUT DOWN!
