Pathetic service and threatening calls

I had a broadband connection from Tikona and was using it until June 2014. Then I shifted to some other place and I called them after a week to disconnect the connection. Got a complaint number 1-3145704701 from customer care regarding same. But after a month even nobody responded to this and the connection was not disconnected. After that they generated next bill amount for which I never used internet. Now when I am asking them to deduct my last bill from security deposit and let me know balance. They are not doing that and they doubled the amount.


Why would I pay double amount for that. And I am getting many threatening calls from them. Either directly or they are saying that they are calling from court etc.


They even called my personal contacts I don’t know how they got those numbers. I never gave those numbers as any alternative number. My friend is a girl and they are bothering her a lot.


I am getting too many calls with very rude language to pay that unexpected amount and receiving many messages also. They all are being very rude.


It seems that company is being run by goons. I never said I did not pay bill. It never happened to me before. But why would I pay for that for which I did not use internet.


I don’t want to pay any amount now, since they are really really threatening me and calling again and again.


What should I do?

I used tikona service for over an year and paid amount every month on date.  But Pathetic service and people are they.
