One of the worst internet connection. All are liars in the company. Don’t even think of taking this horrible internet provider. This should be banned from the country. Customer care company guys always ask sorry or chance never do on time. You won’t have internet 4 or 5 days in week. For disconnect the internet connection you have to call every day they say it is under process. It will take more than 15 days to disconnect.
Their main strategy is They will ask you to pay for 3 months at least in advance and then they wont return your money anyhow even your internet works or not, for the few initial days it worked superb but rest of the 2/5 months, neither they disconnected nor they provide internet, what all they said it is under process. To be honest don’t go for this internet connection. You dont need to experience it to learn, please learn from my experience, dont go for Tikona, never.
