I think a lot is written about the poor service of Tikona Digital. So Ill make it very short.
I had a network outage on 19th Jan. And its been 28th Jan now nobody has bothered to solve the problem yet. I have called the customer care every single day and only be assured that my problem is on the high priority status.
Last night I sent a 2 page long email and fax to the Nodal officer(mumbai) - Vikas Bhosale and also to the Appellate Authority - Nagesh Prasad(Head Compliance). This morning I received an email from Nagesh saying once again that the complaint was on high priority and issued yet another ticket number.
I am waiting for somebody to call me and I have promised them that I will not be paying any money for the month of January.
I am not applying for a MTNL broadband connection and hoping that it will solve my internet access problems.
I suggest you avoid tikona till they become a little more matured and can handle the traffic. Which is very funny because they didnt have many connections in my area so I wonder what caused so much trouble.
One word - AVOID if you got better options in the area. Also dont forget Tikona does not work on the mobile wi-fi, they dont have a dialer built for it yet.
