I have been using Tikona Broadband since 1 year and it has been a good experience. There are many plans available out of which I chose 1 Mbps plan and after doing the speed test I found out that they are delivering the same they had promised unlike other telecom operators. Due to the increase of internet usage in my work I am going to upgrade my internet plan of Tikona up to 2 Mbps speed per month.
Got Tikona 4mbps plan with 80 gm speed limit(still have MTNL) and I am very happy just I have to call them 4-5 for demo and installation will done in 1 hour.the guys come for installation don’t have much technical knowledge(don’t know why these company hire these boys) But I have very happy with speed and service created a ticket(some url are not opening but working fine in mtnl) and they resolved in few hours and responded with mail and call But nothing best and worst than mtnl .
