As I am leaving Coimbatore district I am having tikona wireless broadband connection during the time of inquiry the sales person told that it is unlimited through out the period what you took for the plan I took ALDU 512k ie unlimited Upload & download at speed of 512 kbps, But it works for only 20 days and it become variable speed that is 12knps -124 kbps,
When I made customer complaint they told that your data download exceed the limits, I was shocked of hearing the word from the caller, But during the sales person told that it is purely unlimited data but after getting the payment they produced false statement, But where else in other broadband company like BSNL, Airtel etc are clearly mentioned they data plan of unlimited plan upto 8 GB 2mps speed after then 512k or 254k. Why tikona not mentioned in there tariff.
You people of India don’t trust tikona broadband, if your are already subscribe please withdraw from them and join good company who keeps promises.
