Tikona connection not disconnecting

Hi,


I am parnab kumar chanda. I was a tikona internet user. My tikona user id is 1115739968. I have surrendered my connection and Have received all forms of confirmation from their side that my connection is disconnected and rental will not be charged. But for some strange reason they indicated that they will charge 5paise/mb if I use the service. I dont understand what that even suppose to mean when even the physical connection has been removed and account password reset as suggested by customer care. Today they send me the following sms


Your Tikona account is charged 5paise/MB @ 4Mbps.Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to old plan to avoid high billing.Call 186030003434 immdly.


I have asked them to disable my account as I dont like to have such provision open for future.
