I am using tikona internet from 3 months, and trust me guyz its just a pain in your head. first 3200 rs for 3 months and installation charge. Its cheap( not much). So its compulsory for me to use this for 3 months because I paid.
Every 4th day or 3rd day I have to call customer care for low speed or not connectivity. they gave you 24 hours. but its of no use. again I called, if anyhow the internet came the speed is not upto mark. I have 4 mbps plan. the speed is 0.32-0.80 most of the time. but sometimes like 2 days in a week its 3 mbps above.
So u will enjoy for those 2 days and cry for rest 5 days. u will call customer care and they give u time and sometimes promises that they will fix but no use. I am really frustrated by there service. after paying so much money u will get bad service. now its up to u. if u need internet for 2 days in a week then go for it and happy surfing.
