My name is sujith am one of your tikona broad band problem facing customers, my user id is 1105852427.My plan is 512 KBPS, problem is at the time of taking money for new connection your sales executive said that "sir this is unlimited plan the download speed will be stable for unlimited download ".i was also asked him that is there any download limit, he said no sir its totally unlimited, but now am getting download speed of 15 to 20 Kbps earlier I used to get 70 Kbps for this plan I have called customer care for more than 4 times they said that that I have download limit, i asked them that your executive said that it is a unlimited plan and now you are saying that it is limited what is this all, but they are helpless..sunil I just want my 70 kbps download speed back according to your executive commitment, not only me many of other customers and my friends are facing the same problem, i kindly request you not to give wrong commitment to the customer and do not cheat them...sunil actually I was looking for long term relationship with tikona but now its hopeless and waste of time..am not recommending tikona to any of my co-workers or friends , once do research and check the consumer review websites about tikona how bad the review..am also updating about your bad service in all sites..u know post sales service plays a main role for brand image.finally what I want to say is according to your commitment I want my 70 kbps download speed as you are the head of Customer Service Quality am writing this email to you kindly do needful
