BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Just wanted to let you know, the bad experience that I am facing with trikona service. Just subscribed to  trikona service few days back  only  i.e. not even a month.


At regular intervals it gets disconnected and connected back again. During the trial period of one day, I was given good download and upload speed.


After making the payment and installation, the speed has come down to a quarter of what they promised. Since last two days, the internet is totally disconnected. I have called them up six times during this period. Initially I was given 8 hours, then 4 hours, then 24 hours for rectification of the connection.


Finally they assigned the complaint to a technician by forwarding me a message through SMS. On contacting this technician, he refused to attend the complaint saying his area of assignment of work is different to that of mine. On contacting the trikona customer care again they said in another 24 hours they will assign my complaint to another technician. Such a pathetic service they have.


THEY JUST RAISE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE FOR NO SERVICE BY THEM AND ALSO CHARGE FOR GIVING US THIS PROBLEM. TAKING TRIKONA CONNECTION IS LIKE BUYING PROBLEM.
