Its a trap - Complete Torture

Bullet Points:




  1. Plan is very attractive & cost is low, You’ll now go for the connection.




  2. Speed Provided= 0.3* Speed Promised. You still manage to work with this. Anger Level=20%






3.% of time internet is down= 50%. You are irritated. Anger Level= 50%




  1. Customer Care response rate= Average/Poor/Pathetic. They are going to make your life miserable. Anger Level= 75%




  2. Timely resolving the issue= Never ever. You’ll just lose it. Anger Level= 100%




  3. After facing the above, you decide to discontinue. You ask for termination of service. But they’ll not. They’ll ask you to do some random payments, that too for non usage.






Anger Level= HULK


Sincere advice, use hot spot / teetering from your mobile. That scores multiple times over Tikona.
