Two months back I have taken Tikona connection. First one week I don’t see any issue but from then starts the struggle. Every time I like to use my service it was like checking my luck that I would get connected or not. Sometimes disconnects all of a sudden and I have to wait till gets connected automatically(sometimes more than a hour). And I have raised a few complaints and I see no one cares.
But prompt at sending bill invoice. Please don’t waste your time and money by going for this worst Tikona service
