Worst ISP of Bangalore

Hi,


I am staying in Manyata Residency Bangalore, and due to restrictions


from Manyata Tech park I am stuck with Tikona


" India’s Worst ISP ".


To prove my point I have pasted earlier mails below.


All complain numbers and user details are there in mail.


Last time Tikona took a month to rectify the issue.


I can bet this time too they will take a month.


Tikona don’t act, they revel in their incompetence.

Tikona moved their transmission tower without intimating local users.


And allotted a’on leave’ engineer. No New Engineer is assigned till today.


and issue is pending from 1 week. Have raised Appellate authority.

Packet drop complains fell on deaf ears. No Engineer allotted for 1 week.

sub: Unacceptable levels of incompetence


I am extremely sorry to be a bother again but Tikona in Bangalore doesn’t work without escalating issues to you.


My Antenna / receiver is not working from 23rd Dec and


the assigned Engineer( ph no 09035882309) went on leave on 24th Dec.


After that no one was assigned and the tech support is just beating around the bush.


I can understand 25th Dec was a long weekend but already one week is past


and Tikona doesn’t seems to have a SINGLE engineer to spare in WHOLE Bangalore.


I don’t want to draw parallels but during Chennai floods my Dell laptop developed heat sink


issue and Dell hardware division is located in Chennai.


After raising the hardware issue, from 2nd Day on they called me daily updating on the progress and the issue was fixed by 5th Working day with lots of apologies.


I guess now you should not wonder about Tikona user reviews.

Please read the earlier mail for complain numbers.


Still no site engineer has visited my house.


So I had to appeal to you.


This problem is there from Day1 of the connection.


Now if you are not able to resolve this issue in 10 Working days


then on daily bases I will start capturing video of:-




  1. Not able to connect to internet: ping to local login server.




  2. Pathetic Slow speed: speed test at 5min intervals+ ping to google.co.in with packet drop.






And I will post those video on(youtube) and on all the review sITES_Company to counteract all the


positive review which misled me to get a Tikona connection.


You should know that online history never gets erased.

Hi,

Till now I have raised 4 complain reg speed and connectivity.


Three of the complain numbers are:




  1. date 29th Spe(aprox)   1-3678360594




  2. date 1th Oct 1-3689325744




  3. date 7th Oct(Today) 1-3698313000






Now this login and speed issue comes from 7:00pm - 11:00 pm


I get Zero to Ten(10) KBPS speeds. And always you guys CLOSE


the issue after 24Hrs.


I am a engineer and


I want to know what is the issue in the network.



Please take this complain seriously


because next time I will forward this mail to

And then if it doesn’t work, then I will post a video


showing the speed on youtube+ social media.


And trust me guys, you will reap the consequence of
